Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Timothy Liljegren might have a tough break this season when it comes to the World Junior Championships. His stats playing for Team Sweden at the tournament is currently in question.Liljegren injured his ankle back on December 1st and the defenseman is currently listed as week-to-week with a high ankle sprain. It's a tough blow for the 19 year old as high ankle sprains usually take a awhile. The youngster had two assists in seven games last year for the silver medal winning Swedes. Marlies head coach Sheldon Keefe said the team is going to do everything they can to give him a shot to be ready for the tournament and will be in contact with the Swedes to determine his eligibility.
