BREAKING Leafs Sign Defenseman To Two Year Contract.

"The Toronto Maple Leafs and general manager Kyle Dubas announced a contract signing on Saturday. Dubas announced that the team has signed a defenseman to a two year contract. Teemu Kivihalme is signed to a two year, two way contract with an AAV of $725k at the NHL level according to Dubas. The 25 year old played in 55 games for the Toronto Marlies this past season and registered 18 points in 55 games. He was drafted by the Nashville Predators in the fifth round of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft but never got anything going with them.
