"The Toronto Maple Leafs and general manager Kyle Dubas have quite the puzzle to figure out this offseason. The Leafs only have 14 NHL players signed for next year with $12.5million in salary cap. We can expect Dubas to let a lot of guys walk, but fans and players in the locker room want to see Zach Hyman back. Unfortunately it might not be possible. According to NHL insider Frank Seravalli, the Leafs offered Hyman $5million AAV which he declined. "I heard a rumour, I don't know how true it is, that TOR offered Hyman $5M AAV and he said no"Fellow insider Chris Johnston mentioned he'll get more on the open market around $6million AAV on a long term deal. Do you think we've seen Hyman's last game in a Leafs' uniform?
