Coyotes forward chirps the Leafs and the Toronto fanbase following huge upset win
Not only did the Leafs fail to beat the AHL's Arizona Coyotes Monday night, but the team was then trolled by the official Twitter account of the Coyotes, reminding Leafs Nation that the Leafs haven't beaten Arizona in 20 years in Toronto.
Following the game, Arizona Coyotes forward Christian Fischer added insult to injury by chirping the Leafs and the fans by saying "I'm sure the fans got all $300 worth or whatever it is of their ticket tonight."
Ouch. The Leafs got beat up on the ice and off the ice by the Coyotes and their social media team. At the same time though, any Coyote that chirps the Leads about ticket prices should remember they couldn't sell out an 18,000 seat arena in Glendale and are playing the next 3-4 years out of a college rink.
