Ilya Lyubushkin rocks Jason Robertson with huge open ice hit
While the Leafs do have a few players on their roster who know a thing or two about laying big hits, perhaps their best open-ice hitter is newcomer Ilya Lyubushkin.
During the second period of the Leafs' Saturday night tilt with the Dallas Stars, Lyubushkin made his presence felt with this massive hit on Jason Robertson, the elder brother of his Leafs teammate Nick Robertson.

It's plays like this that are going to make Lyubushkin a valuable piece for the Leafs in their postseason run. The Russian bear isn't going to shoot the lights out, but if you don't keep your head up when he's on the ice, he may just put your lights out.
