Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe has been pretty good all year long about informing the media and the Leafs' rabid fanbase about most every change to the lineup. However, when it comes to the playoffs, all bets seem to be off and for the 2nd time in the postseason, Keefe seems to be operating covertly so as to not tip his hand and allow the Lightning any additional time to prepare for any changes.

Following an optional morning skate with a decently high level of attendance, Sheldon Keefe was asked about some of the potential roster changes the Leafs could be considering tonight. Keefe declined to answer any questions regarding his lineup, stating that there are a few injuries that the team is dealing with, which could mean that there are a handful of game-time decisions.

Mark Giordano, Matthew Knies and Jake McCabe are just a few of the Leafs' players who have been banged up throughout the course of the series - though none of them have missed any time. Both Giordano and McCabe were victims of dirty, dangerous hits from behind from Tampa's Pat Maroon, while Knies blocked a shot during Game 5 that sidelined him for the remainder of a period, though he did return for the following period.

Keefe really has nothing to gain by announcing his lineup in advance during the playoffs, so it's not surprising to see him refuse to confirm his lineup ahead of Game 6 - especially for a road game in Tampa, with the Lightning being able to control the matchups.
