Pens' Mike Sullivan just did the same thing Sheldon Keefe was fined for; will the NHL finally show its anti-Leaf bias?

During Friday evening's Devils/Penguins game, New Jersey notched a 2nd period power play goal that evened the score at 1-1. Something about the play really irked head coach Mike Sullivan who was red hot after the goal and went off on the officials, earning his team a bench minor for "abuse of officials", which was later changed to "unsportsmanlike conduct".

Now, I'm not going to pretend to be a lip-reader, but Sullivan looks every bit as worked up as Sheldon Keefe was on Tuesday in St. Louis when Wes McCauley took every opportunity to hose the Leafs, leading to Keefe blowing up at him. The incidents earned Keefe a $25,000 fine.

The League has the perfect opportunity here to show that it's not just the Leafs who will be held accountable for their actions and that every team and every coach will face the same consequences. I'd imagine that, at some point today, the NHL will issue a similar announcement for Sullivan as they did for Sheldon Keefe on Wednesday. If not, Keefe has every right to appeal his fine.
