The Joe Bowen play call on Mitch Marner's 2nd period goal to extend his streak to 21 games was absolutely electric

Last night's thrilling 5-0 victory over the Los Angeles Kings was the scene of a pretty crazy turn of events that led to Mitch Marner's 2nd period goal, which in turn, had extended his point streak to an incredible 21 games.

For those who watched it live, you'll recall the series of events, which featured Marner falling behind the net, but still hitting captain John Tavares with an otherworldly saucer pass, which Tavares had unfortunately sailed wide, leading to the Kings clearing the zone. Fortunately, Marner was able to get back onside just in time to catch a puck that had banked off the boards off of a pass-back attempt and rifled the puck past Jonathan Quick for his 11th goal of the season.

While we don't get the privilege of having the legendary Joe Bowen calling the game on the TV broadcast, a fantastic Twitter/YouTube account, @LeafsJelly, takes game footage and dubs the Joe Bowen radio commentary over top. In this specific instance, Bowen had one of the most electric play calls for a Leafs goal that I've ever heard. Here it is:
