In four games with Timmins on the ice, the Leafs are dominating most offensive stats, while Timmins is only starting 40% of his shifts in the offensive zone:
 53-42 shot attempts
 62% expected goals
 31-20 scoring chances
 13-9 high-danger chances
Last night was Timmins' most productive night in his young NHL career, registering 3 assists in the Leafs' 7-0 win over the last place Anaheim Ducks. Ironically, the last 3-point game for Timmins was November 24, 2017, as a member of the Soo Greyhounds.

You have to wonder how Arizona couldn't find room for him on their blueline and forced themselves into this trade because they didn't want to place him on waivers. An RFA at the end of the season, who likely won't cost much to retain, Timmins will in all likelihood be the replacement for Justin Holl on the right side next season as Holl is going to want a fairly substantial pay raise in the off-season, one that the Leafs may not be able to afford given the news about the cap likely remaining relatively flat next season.
