"The Toronto Maple Leafs hit the ice for practice as they prepare for the Arizona Coyotes and try and snap their losing streak. The Leafs are up to six straight losses and are hoping for any boost they can get. Unfortunately it didn't come from Pierre Engvall who was -1 in his NHL debut Tuesday, but they might get it from the return of Alexander Kerfoot. The Leafs forward was listed as out indefinitely after having dental surgery to fix some fractures he suffered, but it seems he'll be rushed back and was wearing a cage at practice. The 25 year old center was placed between Jason Spezza and Ilya Mikheyev on the team's third line. Captain John Tavares was absent from practice and hopefully was just a maintenance day. Here's a look at the full lines from today's practice. Johnsson - Matthews - Nylander
Hyman - Engvall - Kapanen
Mikheyev - Kerfoot - Spezza
Timashov - Shore - Petan / Gauthier

????

Rielly - Ceci
Muzzin - Holl
Dermott - Barrie
