The Toronto Maple Leafs were finally able to shut things down defensively and received a great performance by goalie Frederik Andersen on Monday night. Andersen seems to have shaken off his struggles at least for now as the Leafs get ready for the playoffs. Head coach Mike Babcock gave Andersen some rest on the weekend and it seemed to work and Babcock has already made a decision regarding the last three games. On Tuesday Babcock revealed that Garret Sparks will start tonight versus the Carolina Hurricanes, while Frederik Andersen will start Thursday against the Tampa Bay Lightning and Saturday in Montreal against the Canadiens.
