"The Toronto Maple Leafs and general manager Kyle Dubas announced a contract signing on Monday morning. Dubas announced that the team has signed forward Jason Spezza for another year. The contract comes in at a very cap friendly $700k. Spezza had 25 points in 58 regular season games this past season for Toronto and looked comfortable in the role assigned to him by head coach Sheldon Keefe after some drama with Mike Babcock.
