Surprise! Surprise!Frederik Andersen wasn't between the pipes last night and the Toronto Maple Leafs registered a win. Not only did they register a win but they shut out the Calgary Flames 2-0 thanks to a great performance by Jack Campbell. We've heard Andersen blame his recent struggles on the fact that he's still injured, but it's not exactly like he was standing on his head before the injury. Campbell's shutout was actually his second in a row and it seems like he might be the Leafs' goalie for the foreseeable future. After the game Hyman was asked about having Campbell in nets and his statement was pretty clear. "We have a ton of confidence in him."
Have the Leafs' not been feeling confident with Andersen in net?Campbell now has a .934 save percentage and 7-2-1 record since joining the Leafs.
