"Toronto Maple Leafs 35 pts (17-9-1) @ Vancouver Canucks 28 pts (12-10-4) 7 p.m. ET Rogers Arena Vancouver, BC TV: CBCThe Toronto Maple Leafs head into Vancouver going for the Canadian Western Road Trip sweep on Saturday night as they take on the Canucks at Rogers Arena. The Leafs are on fire and are 9-2-1 in their last 12 games, a Lightning loss tonight combined with a Leafs win will place the Leafs in first place in the Atlantic Division. Two main reasons the Leafs have been performing so well is the play of both goalie Frederik Andersen and forward Nazem Kadri. Andersen was named the NHL's Second Star for November after putting together a 9-2-1 record, .938 save percentage and two shutouts. Kadri has been producing big time during the Leafs last 12 games with seven goals and five assists. The Canucks ended a three game losing streak with a win in Nashville on Thursday against the Predators. Forward Daniel Sedin reached the 1000 point plateau in his career during the game and the Sedins became the first brother duo in NHL history to both reach 1000 points. Even though William Nylander had a great game in Edmonton, it's expected he starts the game on the fourth line once again.
