Leafs Look To Get A Win Against The Struggling Blackhawks.

The Leafs are 1-2-3 in their last six games while the Blackhawks are 1-4-0 in their last five games at home and have been outscored 13-3 during their three game losing streak. Kasperi Kapanen is expected to play tonight after being recalled from the Marlies earlier this week. He'll play on the fourth line with Leo Komarov and Dominic Moore while Matt Martin is expected to be a healthy scratch along with Josh Leivo and Rinat Valiev. After getting ripped by fans for the majority of the season, defenseman Jake Gardiner has been turning it up a bit lately with five assists during a three game point streak while Auston Matthews has three points in his past two games. Frederik Andersen will get the start for the Leafs while Jeff Glass will start for the Hawks, On the Hawks side of things, the team has struggled immensely and currently sits in the basement of the Central Division. Captain Jonathan Toews has no points in his last five games and the majority of the team has struggled except for Patrick Kane.
