Marner Comments After Best Game Of Season.

"The Toronto Maple Leafs put together what Auston Matthews labelled their most complete game of the season with a 4-0 win over the Vegas Golden Knights. «Just really complete, from start to finish,» Matthews said of the win. «That's the ideal style of hockey that we'd like to play.»Not only did we see a solid effort from the Leafs, but we might have finally seen the re-emergence of forward Mitch Marner.
Marner has received heavy criticism this season for his play going back to last year's playoff series against the Montreal Canadiens however one goal might have changed everything. Marner scored an absolutely legendary highlight reel goal thanks to a spin-o-rama which gave the Leafs a 1-0 lead in the first and we saw a completely different Marner the rest of the way. «Mentally, I just realized I gotta stop worrying about everything and just go out there and play hockey and do the thing that I love.»
