Report: Leafs Out On Taylor Hall.

"The Taylor Hall sweepstakes definitely might not be as exciting as anybody was hoping for. We heard recently that the Buffalo Sabres are even willing to retain 50% of his salary to get a deal done on top of setting the cost at a 1st round pick and a prospect. Because of the salary retainment, many thought the Toronto Maple Leafs would be ready to make a push. However that doesn't seem to be the case. During last night's segment on TSN's Insider Trading, the panel mentioned that the Leafs were officially out of the Taylor Hall race. Not only are they out on Hall, but the panel added there's a strong chance the Leafs actually stay quiet at the trade deadline. Would you have liked to see the Leafs make a serious push for Hall?
