The Toronto Maple Leafs have a couple of days off to regroup and look forward to Auston Matthews and Frederik Andersen possibly coming back healthy. They might be getting some other help soon. We've heard all season about how the Leafs are looking to add a forward. We heard recently that Mikael Granlund is looking like the solution especially with the Nashville Predators ready to blow it up. NHL insider Darren Dreger now reports that Granlund is definitely at the top of the list for the Leafs and the deal would likely happen when the Preds agree to retain some salary. Dreger adds it would likely be a deal involving some combination of prospects and picks which the Leafs have an abundance of both. Granlund has a $3.75million cap hit this season so the Preds would likely have to retain a significant portion of Granlund's salary. Do you think he's the solution for the Leafs?
