The Leafs not having played a game since February 1st can be looked at as a bit of a reset for the team before playing their final 30 games of the season. Their last game against Boston resulted in a 5-2 loss, so perhaps a reset over the break is exactly what they needed.

During that game on the 1st against the Bruins, veteran Leaf Wayne Simmonds absolutely beat the breaks off of Bruins winger A.J. Greer, who took some scary shots from Simmonds in the altercation, sending him through concussion protocol before he was able to return.

The original angle of the fight was pretty solid, but shortly after, an alternate angle was shared. Here's another look at the fight, from a much closer angle, which shows Simmonds really teeing off on Greer.

We know Simmonds is a bit of a wild man with the way he swings. Almost every punch he throws is a haymaker and he's put the lights out on a lot of tough opponents over the years. I'll bet that Greer will think twice about going at the Wayne Train again.
