What's better than your best friend setting you up for the slam dunk of the century? That slam dunk being on himself and having the entire world witness it! Such a moment took place on Tuesday and it involved everyone's favourite pair of Leafs - Auston Matthews and Mitch Marner.
It all started with a social media post by Mitch Marner's fiancee, Steph LaChance, giving a piggy back to who I can only assume is a young family member. Marner slid into the comments asking why he never gets piggy backs. It ended with an RKO from outta nowhere by Auston Matthews.
Marner knew there was literally no coming back from that one, so he just took his lumps like a man. Honestly, this is one of the funniest online interactions I've ever seen between teammates.
