Tampa Bay Lightning forward Corey Perry has made a career out of being one of the least-popular guys on the ice at any given moment. He does this by skirting the line, being a mouthpiece on the ice and taking liberties when he can get away with it.

On Wednesday, ahead of Game 2 in Toronto, Perry did something that is universally frowned upon in hockey, especially when you're on the road team. During warm-ups, Perry made sure that he was the last remaining player on the ice so he could fire a puck down the ice at the empty Leafs net. The fans did not take too kindly to the act of disrespect.

Perry is already on the s#!t list for his antics in Game 1 on Monday, when he delivered a stiff sucker punch to the face of Leafs defenseman Ilya Lyubushkin, as Lyubushkin was off balance and being restrained by the official. The two would tangle up after that with Perry pulling Lyubushkin's jersey over his face, which resulted in Lyubushkin inadvertently punching an official.

Would it be too much to ask for Jake Muzzin to flatten Perry just once tonight? Just a big, clean hit that sends Perry back to the bench in some discomfort.
