All reports have suggested that the vibes around this Leafs team have been really good this season. Since your hockey team is like a second family, every team is bound to have that one older player who picks on his "little brother".

As the Leafs were waiting in the tunnel to be called out to rinkside for the National Anthems at Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton, Ontario -- the site of the 2022 Heritage Classic -- David Kampf and Mitch Marner provided a bit of comedic relief after Kampy had gestured for Marner to put his hand up for a high five. Kampf left his teammate hanging, gazing around, acting entirely oblivious to Marner with his hand in the air.

This is a quirky team for sure. We've seen it on a number of occasions this season, from the "greasy rat" comment from Kurtis Gabriel to Michael Bunting durnig his interview to the team responding to ridiculous questions on Tik Tok before practices, such as "would you rather fight one horse-sized duck or a hundred duck-sized horses?".

While it's certainly good to have fun, it's also important to know when it's time for the fun to end and the work to begin. Hopefully the boys can keep their heads down and keep grinding down the home stretch and build some good habits to carry over into the postseason.
