Former Leaf and Stanley Cup champion Tyler Bozak is still unsigned as we near the start of the season. Bozak made his NHL debut with the Leafs during the 2009-2010 campaign where he scored this beauty for his first NHL goal.
According to The Athletic's Jeremy Rutherford, Bozak will only consider playing for a few teams and if none of them offer him a contract, he is content with retiring. At 36 years-of-age and without attending camp on a PTO, it's reasonable to suggest that this could be the end of his career. At this point, Bozak may only find himself being offered a contract if a team is depleted with injuries.
Bozak spent the first 9 years of his career with the Leafs before joining the Blues for the 2018-2019 season. In 814 career games, Bozak has registered 461 points.
