Former NHLer trying to give Milan Lucic a brand new nickname

Milan Lucic has long been viewed as one of the most feared enforcers in the NHL and for good reason. Seldom does Lucic drop the gloves and come up on the wrong end of the decision, which is pretty impressive, since we're talking about a 16-year NHL veteran with 1,173 NHL games under his belt.

The 35-year-old has been affectionately referred to as "Looch" by his teammates throughout the years, but now, another former NHL enforcer is looking to switch things up and stick Lucic with a brand new nickname in the twilight of his career.

During a recent episode of Spittin' Chiclets, Lucic revealed that people have been telling him that the weather in Boston had been awful of late, but once he re-signed with the Bruins and has returned to Boston, he brought the sunshine back with him. Paul "Biz Nasty" Bissonnette decided to use his story to dub him "Sunshine".

I doubt that it will catch on after 16 years of being referred to as "Looch", but I have to say - an enforcer like Lucic being referred to as "Sunshine" would be pretty funny.
