With so much focus on the Toronto Maple Leafs and having a chance to do something special tonight, knocking off the back-to-back defending Stanley Cup Champions and getting past the first round for the first time in 18 years, Tampa head coach Jon Cooper doesn't plan on making it easy for the Leafs. The Lightning have their own agenda for tonight and it does not involve losing.

Earlier this morning, Cooper met with the media to discuss what tonight means for the Lightning and how a loss might be easier to stomach because the Bolts have won back-to-back Cups. Cooper calls that idea "BS".

"I don't want anybody to sit here and say, 'Well, it's easier because we've won two Cups. If the Leafs get the best of us tonight, it's OK.' That's BS. We're standing here on the cusp of greatness. And why the hell wouldn't we charge through that door?"

The entire series has been a great one, with the two Atlantic Division juggernauts trading wins throughout the first 6 games, knotted at 3-3 with a huge Game 7 matchup scheduled for this evening in Toronto.

If the Leafs win, the narrative surrounding the team changes instantly. The common theme with the Leafs is that they can't get it done when it matters. Well, eliminating the Lightning in round one would certainly land them in the "legit contender" category. If the Bolts win, they face the possibility of earning the title of modern-day dynasty. This is a big one. Hope you're all ready for a war.
