Craig Berube, coach of the Toronto Maple Leafs, has made a bold prediction on tonight's 4 Nations Face-Off final game between the United States and Canada.
Craig Berube seemed much more focused on the actual on-ice play of the two teams when asked about it, rather than fuelling the feud.
However, the proud Canadian is taking his home country to win the game, and went with a final score of 3-2 when pressed for a prediction.
"I'm sure it's going to be a tight game. You'd think it would be, you never know. Everyone thought the Superbowl was going to be tight," Berube added with a shrug.
There has been some talk of players who participate in the 4 Nations Face-Off getting a break when they come back to their regular NHL teams, but there's been no word on whether that will apply to Matthews and Marner.
