Don't look now, but the Leafs appear to have another prospect shattering expectations in his respective league as 2022 7th round pick Brandon Lisowsky of the Saskatoon Blades has broken the top 30 in WHL scoring with 11 points in 11 games.

Lisowsky recorded a goal and an assist in the Blades' 5-1 win over the Edmonton Oil Kings on Sunday, which also moved him into a share of second in team scoring, behind only Dallas Stars prospect Conner Roulette (13 points in 9 games).

Lisowsky finished last season with 33 goals and 25 assists for a total of 58 points in 68 games in his 3rd WHL season. He also added 5 points in 5 playoff games for the Blades this past spring. He's off to a roaring start and if his current level of play is any indication, he could be in line for his first point-per-game season in his Junior career.

Lisowsky joins a list of Leafs prospects who are enjoying breakout seasons, including fellow 2022 draftees Fraser Minten and Nick Moldenhauer, 2021 2nd round pick Matthew Knies, 2021 5th round pick Ty Voit and 2020 7th round pick Ryan Tverberg. The future is certainly bright in Toronto.
