The Toronto Maple Leafs are in an unfamiliar position with a fully compliment of healthy players after rookie defenseman Timothy Liljegren exited COVID protocol on Monday.

Considering the fact that just one week ago, the Leafs were postponing games due to not having enough players to ice a proper roster, it's been a pretty quick turnaround and a welcome change for Sheldon Keefe and the Leafs.
It's unclear whether or not Liljegren will be ready to go in time for Wednesday's game against the Edmonton Oilers, as today's practice is his first since the club had shut down its facilities before the Christmas break.
The Leafs also have some roster decisions to make, as they are currently tight to the cap. The team also has yet to announce whether or not Jake Muzzin and Nick Ritchie will re-enter the lineup on Wednesday after being healthy scratched over the weekend.
Having too many healthy bodies is certainly a good problem to have for Kyle Dubas and company. Perhaps we'll see a move in the coming days, so the Leafs can begin to accrue some cap space to utilize at the trade deadline.
