Leafs prospect Curtis Douglas drops the gloves at center ice and drops his opponent with 2 shots
Whenever Curtis Douglas is on the ice, he tends to stand out. Why? Because he's usually the biggest guy on the ice by a pretty large margin at 6'9" and 242 lbs.
On Friday, Douglas and the Toronto Marlies were in Syracuse, NY to take on the Syracuse Crunch. Their meeting from earlier this week got pretty choppy. This meeting was no different.
At the end of the first period, Douglas and Crunch enforcer PC Labrie dropped the mitts and it didn't take long for Douglas to dispatch of his counterpart. The fight consisted of two stiff shots from Douglas and a third glancing blow on the way down.
