It was a big night for Leafs prospect Nick Abruzzese on Friday, as the 22-year-old racked up two goals and two primary assists in a 5-3 Harvard win over Clarkson.

The Harvard captain had essentially put the team on his back, being directly responsible for 4 of the Crimson's 5 goals, including setting up the go ahead goal with this sensational end-to-end rush:

Rumour has it that the Leafs are discussing the idea of giving Abruzzese an NHL audition next month to see what the Harvard captain has to offer the Buds at the NHL level.

Abruzzese was drafted in the 4th round of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft out of the USHL after putting up 80 points in 62 games for the Chicago Steel. The Slate Hill, NY native has been over a point per game with Harvard in each of his last two seasons as well.

In 26 games with the Crimson this season, Abruzzese is up to 32 points.
