The Toronto Maple Leafs have been pretty quiet on Friday, but have completed at least one trade before the 3:00pm ET deadline. Per TSN's Darren Dreger, who is confirming the original report from The Athletic's Shayna Goldman, the Leafs have traded depth winger Dryden Hunt to the Calgary Flames for depth minor leaguer Radim Zahorna.

Hunt originally came over from the Colorado Avalanche in a deal that saw Denis Malgin headed the other way earlier this year. Hunt had cleared waivers a month or two back and has since spent his time in the AHL with the Marlies.

Meanwhile, Zahorna is a monstrous undrafted winger, coming in at 6'6, 220 lbs and provides the Leafs' AHL affiliate with some size and tenacity. He has notched 10 points in 33 career NHL games and currently has 10 goals and 29 points in 40 games with the AHL's Calgary Wranglers this season.

It's certainly not the trade that Leafs Nation was hoping for on deadline day, but it is also worth noting that the Leafs have been very active in the trade market over the last 2 weeks, bringing in the likes of Ryan O'Reilly, Jake McCabe, Luke Schenn, Noel Acciari, Sam Lafferty and Erik Gustafsson.
