The Bolts may have had their way with the Leafs in Game 1, but in Game 2 it was all Leafs all night long. The Buds made Andrei Vasilevskiy look human on Thursday night, which must have been frustrating for the Lightning.
With the Leafs having run up the score on Tampa, leading 6-1 at the midway point of the 3rd period, Lightning agitator Tanner Jeannot was looking for a way to try to spark his team. He attempted to talk Leafs defenseman Luke Schenn into a fight, but at that stage of the game, Schenn was content to just skate away. However, a few seconds later, Jeannot re-engaged with Schenn and this time Schenn obliged him, dropping the gloves.
We have ourselves a series, folks! We have 2 fights through 2 games thus far, both taking place tonight, and something tells me we'll see plenty more as the series wears on.
