NHL Analyst takes part in funny post-game interview with Auston Matthews
The always entertaining and sometimes off-side Paul Bissonnette engaged in a post-game interview with Auston Matthews after the Leafs' 5-2 win over the Hawks on Wednesday night. Bissonnette kicked off his interview with Matthews by asking if the team had an honourary chain gang saying, "All you guys are wearing chains and leaving three buttons undone to show a little chest hair when you guys do your walk-ins. What's up with that?"
"I don't know I've always worn a chain...But yeah, the boys are letting the chains hang low," responded Matthews with a smirk on his face. Of course, Biz had to follow up by asking if he could become an honourary member of the "chain gang" while the rest of the NHL on TNT panel and Matthews were laughing. Matthews obliged and called Biz one of the Leafs' biggest supporters, to which Biz erupted with joy to affirm the response.
The former tough guy turned podcast host and analyst, Bissonnette has been able to provide some much needed entertainment value to the NHL and its broadcasts.
