The votes have been tallied for the "Last Men In" for the All-Star game and the NHL has revealed the names of the 4 players who will join the 40 others already selected to represent their teams/divisions at the 2022 Honda NHL All-Star Game in Las Vegas on February 5th.

Originally, New York Rangers forward Mika Zibanejad was voted in from the Metropolitan Division, but he will be unable to attend, so the NHL has announced that Pittsburgh Penguins winger Jake Guentzel will take his place as the Metro's last man in.

While many in Leafs Nation were holding onto hope that captain John Tavares would win the vote for the Atlantic Division, Steven Stamkos won the vote in the division and will join the Atlantic team for the 3-on-3 tournament next month.

As for the Pacific Division, there's a bit of a Cinderella story here as former 5th-round pick (148th overall in 2015) Troy Terry will represent the Anaheim Ducks for the Pacific. Terry is having a breakout season, having already notched 22 goals and 36 points in 38 games this year.

There was a bit of an eyebrow raised when Nazem Kadri was not selected to represent the Central Division at the All-Star Game, but it appears as though the fans have come through for one of the league's top-5 leading scorers, voting Kadri in to rep the Central. Kadri is currently 5th in league scoring with 49 points in just 33 games this season.

This one should be a lot of fun to watch!
