The luxury condo is listed at $5,380,000 and features an open-concept layout, marble countertops, lots of natural light and a stunning view of the city. The pics are amazing. To see the photos:
Kadri, a London, Ontario native, was drafted by the Leafs 7th overall back in 2009. He played seasons with the Leafs before GM Kyle Dubas traded him to the Colorado Avalanche back in the summer of 2019 in the deal that brought Tyson Barrie and Alexander Kerfoot to Toronto.
The Avs are up 2-0 on the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Stanley Cup Finals, though Kadri is currently sidelined with a thumb injury, which required surgery. I'd imagine he's doing everything he can to get back onto the ice to be there in the event that the Avs do win their first Stanley Cup since 2001.
While Kadri listing his Toronto home is not necessarily a guarantee that he doesn't want to come back, it's also not a good indicator that it's anything that he has planned for his immediate future - especially after posting a career-high 87 points in 71 games this season. All signs point towards Kadri, 31, cashing in on his next deal - likely the last large contract of his career.
