With just over 5 minutes remaining in the second period of the Habs and Flames game, Nick Suzuki accidentally collided with Nazem Kadri. Unfortunately for Suzuki, his shoulder made contact with Kadri's head in what looks like a blindside hit at full speed.

However, when watching the replays from different angles, it's clear that both Suzuki and Kadri were focused on the puck and they ran into each other. It resulted in a minor penalty for interference on Suzuki, but Kadri remained in the game after being slow to get up.

Now, if this was a Leaf player in Suzuki's position, the Player Safety department would have already scheduled a hearing for tomorrow for the hit, even though it appears to have been accidental. Since it's a Habs player and the department is run by a former Canadien in George Parros, we'll see.
