Oilers fans turning on Jack Campbell already

All summer, Oilers fans were thanking the Leafs for not wanting to pay Jack Campbell on a long term deal. While Campbell may have had his rough moments while a Leafs, fans still loved him. He's 4 games into his 5 year deal in Edmonton and fans have already turned on him.

Today against St Louis, Campbell gave up a goal in the first 5 minutes for the fourth game in a row and Oilers fans took to social media to show their displeasure.

Campbell managed to shut the door from that point on, but unfortunately the offense couldn't provide him with any goal support and the Blues added an empty net goal to seal the deal, securing the win for St. Louis.

My oh my, how the turn tables. As much as us Leaf fans appreciated Campbell, we knew the deal he wanted was way too risky. We're happy he cashed in, but we also enjoy seeing him struggle in Edmonton just because it keeps Oilers fans quiet.
