Post-game, Keefe was asked if he was worried about his job - this after only 10 games. His reply was pretty telling. He knows the decision is out of his hands.
Indirectly, Keefe is hinting that he knows the pressure is on. However, he is Dubas' guy so don't expect him to be let go if Dubas has even the slightest belief that Keefe can right the ship. While Keefe is responsible for game plans and game management, it is on the players to execute - something they have failed to do for most of the season so far.
Before Keefe is let go, Dubas will likely shake up the roster with a trade or two - something that will have to be done anyway when Matt Murray and Timothy Liljegren are ready to return as the Leafs will be tight to, if not over the cap. It's just a matter of who goes and who stays at this point.
