Tampa head coach Jon Cooper interrupts live interview, commands his player to head to the locker room
Already down 1-0 in the Conference Finals, the Tampa Bay Lightning jumped out to an early lead in Game 2 on a Nikita Kucherov power play goal. It was the start that the Bolts desperately needed, but unfortunately they fell behind not long after, ending the first period down 2-1.
During the first intermission, Bolts winger Nick Paul was engaged in an interview with TVA Sports, when something happened that I've never seen before. Bolts head coach Jon Cooper walked by and commanded Paul into the locker room mid-interview.
Cooper obviously wanted to wake his team up, and wake up they did, outshooting and outhitting the Rangers the rest of the way, but unfortunately dropping a 3-2 decision in New York and heading back to Tampa down 2 games to none.
