With all eyes focused on the Toronto Maple Leafs and their march to the postseason, many of their prospects have been quietly excelling offensively in their respective leagues, leading to a trio of prospects being honoured by The Score's Kyle Cushman.

5th round draft pick for the 2021 NHL Entry Draft, Ty Voit took a massive leap from his 2019-20 season to his 2021-22 - D+1 season. He went from 28 points in 2019-20 to 80 in 2021-22 to 105 this past season and finished 2nd in the OHL in points. In the month of March alone, he scored 7 goals and 20 points in 12 games, making him the first Toronto prospect in the OHL to score 100 points since Mitch Marner. This earned him 1st star honours on Cushman's list.

7th round pick of the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, Brandon Lisowsky is already proving to be a steal with his 38-goal and 71-point campaign. He was the 8th last player selected in the draft but was only 2 goals shy of the 40-goal plateau in his D+1 season. He tallied 9 goals and 16 points in 13 March contests for the Saskatoon Blades as they marched into the playoffs. Cushman listed Lisowsky as his 2nd star for March.

3rd round pick of the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, Nick Moldenhauer played in the USHL for the Chicago Steel. Similar to Lisowsky, he took a big leap in his draft+1 season as he finished the year with 27 goals and 63 points in only 49 games - a 9-goal, 20-point improvement in just 8 more games played than his draft season. He scored 4 goals and 9 points in 7 games during the month of March and has flown relatively under the radar due to some other high profile names. He will be taking his skills to Michigan next season. For now, he has been named 3rd star by Cushman.

2nd round pick of the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, Fraser Minten suffered a late season injury which restricted him to just 57 games as well as missing the first round series between his Kamloops Blazers and Vancouver Giants. Nevertheless, upon his return, he continued to light the lamp with 5 goals and 14 points in just 11 games. He finished the season with 31 goals and 67 points - an 11-goal, 12-point improvement in 10 less games than his draft season. He didn't crack the top-3, but did earn an honourable mention from Cushman as well.
