Watch this Leafs hype video to prepare yourselves for the start of the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs

It's easy enough to get excited about playoff hockey, but when you have arguably the best Leafs team of all time (statistically speaking) taking on the back-to-back champs in the opening round, there's a little extra electricity in the air.

There are a lot of people who are ready to write the Leafs off before the series even begins. I've been saying it from the start. This team feels different. The scat tissue has been built up. The disappointment from last year was the catalyst for a series of changes that have turned this team from pretenders to contenders. This could be the year that the Leafs finally reverse the curse.
