Auston Matthews Traded Instead Of Nylander?

"The trade chatter continues to build when it comes to William Nylander and the Toronto Maple Leafs.However one reporter set social media on fire with a different suggestion. Damien Cox posted a Tweet on Wednesday suggesting the Leafs move Auston Matthews instead of William Nylander. "John Tavares is playing so well it does make you think; why not sign Marner and Nylander, and trade Matthews for a whole pile of goodies? Not saying they would, but it's not such a crazy idea any more. And that's because of JT."
While everybody appreciates and loves the fact that Tavares is a Maple Leaf at the moment, it's still Matthews' team.It's hard to disagree that Matthews would bring back a huge haul of pieces, however it's easy to disagree whether it would be worth it or not. Cox has predictably been attacked on Twitter for the suggestion.Would you consider moving Matthews if it meant a Eric Lindros type trade?
