"After landing forward Nick Foligno, the Toronto Maple Leafs and general manager continued their wheeling and dealing. Dubas has landed goalie David Rittich from the Calgary Flames for a 2022 third round pick. It's another nice move by Dubas as Calgary will retain 50% of Rittich's salary. The 28 year old has a 2.90 goals against average and .904 save percentage in 15 games played so far this season. This is likely a clear indication that Frederik Andersen is done for the season and possibly the playoffs. That could mean that Andersen has played his final game in a Leafs' uniform.
Calgary retaining 50 per cent of Rittich's salary makes it all work — Kristen Shilton (@kristen_shilton) April 12, 2021
