The Toronto Maple Leafs are looking for some possible help on the blueline. NHL insider Bob McKenzie recently revealed how teams are currently watching the Maple Leafs knowing how the Leafs' need some defensive help as soon as possible. McKenzie's college, Darren Dreger, reports that one of those teams is the Edmonton Oilers. Dreger reports that the Oilers are looking at Kasperi Kapanen, Andreas Johnsson or Alex Kerfoot, the three forwards McKenzie brought up recently.Adam Larsson and Darnell Nurse would be the likely candidates to go the other way, however Nurse is currently RFA at end of season and is trying to re-sign in Edmonton. On the other hand, the Oilers are desperate for some help up front so Nurse might have to be the price to pay.
