"With the Toronto Maple Leafs regular season wrapped up, the Leafs will focus on trying to put together a deep playoff run. No matter what the result the Leafs put together during the playoffs, whether hoisting a Stanley Cup or being eliminated in the first round, there will be some changes this summer forced by the salary cap. Aside from James van Riemsdyk, another forward expected to be on his way out is center Tyler Bozak. Talented centers continue to be in high demand across the league and Bozak should have no trouble finding paydirt somewhere. According to Rick Dhaliwal of News1130 out West, the Vancouver Canucks could have some serious interest in Bozak this summer. He would be considered a short term replacement along with Thomas Vanek to plug holes left by the Sedin twins. Will the Canucks be able to pony up the term and price Bozak is looking for is another question. Can you picture Bozak in a Canucks uniform?
Tyler Bozak is a player I have been told the #Canucks could have interest in if he is available on July 1st. — Rick Dhaliwal (@DhaliwalSports) April 2, 2018
