Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Easton Cowan has added yet another accolade to his already tremendous 2023-2024 season for the London Knights.

The Knights star had an out of this world 2023-2024 season, as he captured the OHL regular season MVP, Playoff MVP and led his Knights to the OHL championship. Cowan just added another accolade to his spectacular season. Cowan was named to the OHL First All-Star Team, voted on by the OHL managers.

Toronto Maple Leafs fans should get excited about the prospect of Cowan joining the team next year, which is looking increasingly likely. Cowan has shown tremendous growth this year as he amassed a career high in points with 96 points in 54 GP in the regular season, and put up another 34 points in 18 playoff games en route to an OHL Championship.

The best part of Cowan's game isn't even his point production, but his versatility. Cowan is trusted in all zones of the ice, as he plays on the top powerplay unit, as well as on the Knights top penalty killing unit.

Something to note, the last player to win both the MVP in the regular season and in the playoffs, is the Leafs' very own Mitch Marner.
