The Toronto Maple Leafs have now lost five of their last six games during regulation. That one win came during a 4-3 overtime against the Winnipeg Jets. While there's been struggles across the board, fingers are starting to get pointed toward Frederik Andersen once again and while that's nothing new, it's not a good sign for the playoffs. One of the biggest knocks on Andersen has been his inability to show up during big games, especially during the playoffs. However with a two week quarantine on the table for any cross border trades, there's starting to be some rumblings about a possible trade to acquire a goalie. Speculation is that when Jack Campbell is ready, the Leafs and general manager Kyle Dubas could move Andersen and let Campbell handle the crease for the 14 week quarantine if indeed it is a cross border trade. One name that has popped up is Arizona Coyotes' goalie Darcy Kuemper, unfortunately he's currently dealing with some injury issues. The Athletic's James Mirtle says he would surprised to see the trigger pulled however it's clear that there's just too many question marks regarding Andersen in a season where a trip to the conference finals might be the easiest the Leafs ever have. Do you think the Leafs' should consider an in season trade of Andersen considering the risk of not having a new goalie for two weeks?
