As we get closer to the start of the NHL Draft, things are starting to heat up when it comes to the trade market. The Toronto Maple Leafs are expected to be active whether during this weekend or before free agency and one of those being shipped out is expected to be Patrick Marleau. Pierre LeBrun has already told us that the Anaheim Ducks, Los Angeles Kings and Arizona Coyotes have shown interest, but there's no deal done. San Jose is also interested, however has zero interest on taking on Marleau's full cap hit. Well now it seems that Marleau might not be headed anywhere. Dubas told reporters in Vancouver that there's a good chance Marleau starts the season with the Maple Leafs.
