"The Toronto Maple Leafs will faceoff against the Montreal Canadiens for the first time this preseason at the Scotia Bank Arena on Monday. Par Lindholm will center the first line between Andreas Johnsson and Kasperi Kapanen. The Leafs first defensive pairing will feature Connor Carrick and Martin Marincin while Curtis McElhinney will get the start between the pipes. The Canadiens roster won't feature any of their "stars" either but Leafs fans will get their first look at the highly talked about Canadiens 2018 first round pick Jesperi Kotkaniemi.Toronto will be looking to put the puck past the Canadiens backup goalie Antti Niemi as he'll play the full 60 minutes.
