"The Toronto Maple Leafs have been hit hard with some injuries to their defensive depth over the last week and a half and are looking at all possible solutions. With the NCAA season wrapping up for some teams, it sounds like Leafs general manager Kyle Dubas might have found a solution. According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Leafs are looking at Mercyhurst defenseman Joesph Duszak. The 21 year old led the team with 47 points in 37 games this year and registered 31 points in 35 games last year. The undrafted defenseman doesn't bring much size but can definitely move the puck.
